Good Day

So recently my mid semester exam is over, and I was looking forward to weekends. Too bad this weekend was labelled red but idgaf I still wanna go out. And so after a lil bit of last minute planning with a friend who is in the same college and the same sch as me, we finally managed to run away from this hell with the help of her mom since her family moved here recently.

And so the Misadventure of 2 Ainas began (she had the same name as mine)

We started off our day with decent breakfast and waited for her mom and waited and waited..... Finally she'd arrived yeah. She sent us to the jetty bcs we wanted to go to the Gurney Paragon Mall. It is a first time for both of us travelling the world (chewah) by our own but no pain no gain la kan and this will be our new experience and a first step conquering the Penang Island hehe.

We arrived at the island at 10.30 am and planned to take a bus. So we went to the info kiosk and asked the pakciks which bus should we take to go there and then the pakcik pointed out the bus. We happily ran to the bus and sit in it since the bus is free. Then... After and hour travelling on the bus, he didn't go to the place we wanted. Well the bus went back to the terminal. We asked the pakcik if he's going to paragon and he said "adik nk pi paragon kna ambik bas 101. Bas ni pi komtar ja," eventually we went back to the jetty. Anddd we waited again for another bus. We don't have to wait too long. Andddd after another hour on the bus we finally arrived. Finally!!!!!!!!! We catched our breath for awhile and walk into the Paragon Mall like a boss.

The first thing I saw was Sephora and I was sooo excited and I wanted to make Bah jealous so I took a photo infront of the shop and sent it to her kekekeke. Act I'm not in the mood to shop for beauty things so I just took a stroll with Aina around the shop and got out. We had our lunch at Dubu Dubu. The price was reasonable and the food was yummeyh. Then we walk around the mall, shop for a few things and at 3.30 pm we were ready to go home. This was the confusing part. It took us 3 buses to finally got us to the jetty. We waited at the same bus stop. The first bus came. We got into it and had the effort to ask the driver if this bus was going to the jetty. He said no and there were no other buses going to the jetty. We were flustered a bit and got down from the bus. Then another bus came. Its the 101 bus. So we went into it and the bus drove off. We asked the driver the same question and the pakcik said no. Well we had a panick attack for awhile. Luckily the pakcik was kind and maybe he felt sorry for us so he said at the next bus stop we shall got down and go to another bus stop which is across the road. We thanked the pakcik and got down. We ran like chickens crossing the road cs the traffics were hella fast. Then we waited again. Another panick attack came cs there weren't any bus passing by. After 10 minutes the bus that we desperately waited for arrived. We almost let out tears of joy.

Upon our arrival at the terminal, we had to run again to catch the ferry. Luckily the ferry was still there and we managed to get into it. Then we arrived at the other part of Penang which the citizens described it as 'seberang'. And again we had to take a bus to Sunway Mall. And so from Sunway I had to go to back to college alone since Aina is going home. So from there I'd managed to catch a fully loaded sardine can van with the help of her of course and arrived at the college safely woohoo.

It was a rather a new experience for both of us and I'm looking forward to this type of adventure sgain.
